Guarantee policy:

We require a deposit or transfer for at least the first night of stay per room in order to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellations:

There won’t be any cancellation fee when the cancellation has been received 15 days prior the arrival date, in the following periods: long weekends, holidays, Easter, summer vacations and Christmas/winter holidays. If the client does not arrive within this time, a charge for 2 nights will be made; during low season, fee-free cancellations are those made at least 5 days prior the arrival date.

No Show:

In case of no show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.

Children:

Minors are those aged 12 and younger. 13 year old minors will be charged as Juniors.

Pets:

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Overbooking policy:

In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.
